Setsuna Meioh/Sailor Pluto is the gaurdian of time. She first appears in the second series when Chibi-Usa is sick with nightmares. She watches over Chibi-Usa and takes care of her. She has the power to stop time, but using the power is forbidden. She leads a lonely life and is the holder of one of the talismans.
Michiru Kaioh/Sailor Neptune is a very elegant, quiet, and artistic woman. She plays the violin and is a great artist. She is the 2nd of the 4 outer senshi to join the group. She is an excellent swimmer. Her attacks all deal with the element of water. Michiru is from a wealthy family. She owns her own mansion by the sea. She has a special bond with Haruka. She has risked her life many times trying to save Haruka. She is one of the holders of the talismans.
Haruka Tenoh/Sailor Uranus is the 3rd to join the outer senshi. She is by far the most physically strongest of the outer senshi. She is very masculine and enjoys many sports like car racing and track and field. She dresses in the male school uniform at her school. She knows how to play the piano and often plays duets with Michiru. She likes to flirt with girls and is sometimes possessive and jealous when it comes to Michiru. She has a special bond with Michiru. She is one of the holders of the talismans.
Hotaru Tomeo/Sailor Saturn was the last to join the outer senshi. She is a very lonely girl. She had no friends because they were afraid of her power to heal people. She is befriended by Chibi-Usa in the 3rd series. Her mother died when she was young and she was raised by her father. She is very caring and gentle. She is physically weak, but as Sailor Saturn has a great power that allows her to completely destroy entities, fortresses, and entire worlds.
