You can use this nifty generator to create the initial hook which sends intrepid adventurers off after the horrible arcane relic mentioned within the text! It should, perhaps, be noted that these entries were scribed with rather a Pulp or dime novel universe in mind, something more suited to Tomb Raiding or Cthulhu-Busting rather than modern esotericism. However, you can still use the format for something, like, for instance, Unknown Armies, if you edit out or replace the cheesy bits with postmodernisms. PS.
