Just place all of the included files in these branch-folders from the Armada folder in your Program Files directory

(C:\Program Files\Star Trek - Armada\)

All odf files - \addon
The tt file   - \addon
The sod file  - \Sod
The spr file  - \Sprites
All aip files - \AI\AIPs
All tga files - \Textures\RGB
All numbered files(*.1, etc.) - \Textures\RGB
