The Completed Missions

As the door opens you see a dimly lit room.
There is a lamp on a large oak table in the middle of the room.
You turn on the lamp, and notice a document with several over papers attached to it.
They look like letters.
You pick up the document, and read the words:

To do a mission go to the Council Room (if you're a member).
