The mission of the Obsidian Order is to protect the Confederacy from enemies, foreign and domestic. The Obsidian Order is responsible for Intelligence, National Security, Inner Security, Diplomatic Relations, and many other things. The Obsidian Order has investigative authority over everyone below government ranks. We must receive permission from either the Shadow Council, the president, or the Commander in Chief in order to investigate without a court order.
