Thor breaches the wall around the Doomsday Star and discover a monstrously large city in ruins. They are attacked and defeated by a handful of aliens called the Soul-Survivors. |

The Soul-Survivors reveal that they are using Odin as their power source. Odin is mortally wounded due to the constant draining of his power and this prompts Thor to free himself. The Soul-Survivors channel the remaining power into giant humanoid form. |

Thor, Sif and the Warriors Three battle the embodiment of Odin's life force. Odin channels his remaining power through Volstagg to defeat the monster. They all return with Odin to Asgard to a heroes welcome and discover to their horror that Loki sits upon the throne of Asgard. |

Loki tricks Thor into believing his legitimacy to the throne. Thor seeks out Balder and finds evidence of Loki involvement. However, Loki is prepared for Thor's confrontation and animates the Destroyer. |

Thor, Sif, the Warriors Three, and Karnilla battle against the Destroyer believing that Loki's spirit feeds the Destroyer. However, Karnilla discovers to her shock that Balder's spirit is powering the Destroyer. Jay's Notes:

Thor continues to battle the Destroyer. Karnilla takes on Loki and the Warriors Three battle to free Odin. Loki fells Karnilla and the Balder spirit urges the Destroyer against Loki. Loki frees Balder only to have Thor merges with the Destroyer and attack him. Odin returns in time to save Loki and restores order to the realm. |

The repairs to Asgard are underway. Odin exiles Loki to Earth. Thor returns to Earth and resumes the life of Dr. Donald Blake. Damocles steals sythetic cobalt and escapes from Thor. |

With the help of Damocles' brother, Thor tracks down Damocles. However, Damocles is prepared with a powerful cobalt cannon. Thor defeats him with more help from Damocles' brother and destroys the weapon. |

A mysterious benefactor provides Wilbur Day with a new Stilt Man armour and sends him off to a mission to steal an important container. Thor intervines and defeats Stilt Man, however, Blastaar attacks! |

Blastaar battles Thor and escape with the container. Thor consults Tony Stark and tracks down this mysterious benefacts, a sentient computer called F.A.U.S.T.. Blaastar distracts Thor long enough for F.A.U.S.T. to put itself in orbit and threatnen the Earth. |
