Synopsis:
Stellaris attacks Hercules, but the Avengers regroup and join the battle. Thor challenges Stellaris to single combat and defeats her. They are forced to let her go when she threatens to self-destruct her armor. With the responsibility of being Thor interfering with his son's relationship, Eric painfully relinquishes custody of Kevin to his ex-wife.

Synopsis:
The High Evolutionary, despite the erratic behavior of his first creation Nobilus, continues his work. Thor and Hercules take a modified Quinjet into space and travel to the Black Galaxy. They are welcomed by the High Evolutionary and introduced to his new race of Gods. Unfortunately, Stellaris has followed them and helps Nobilus escape. Count Tagar, the High Evolutionary's faithful assistant, jealous of his new creations, emerces himself in the genetic Pool of Knowledge and emerges evolved and mutated.

Synopsis:
Stellaris and Nobilus rage against the New Men and they escape. Thor, Hercules pursue them and they are lead to a planetoid where the Celestials are beginning the construction of a new Celestial. Hercules is absorbed by the Celestial armor being constructed. Thor lashes out against the Celestial builder but is blasted with an energy blast that separates Eric Masterson and Thor.

Synopsis:
The entire corps of Celestials converge on the Black Galaxy and the High Evolutionary realizes that the entire bio-verse will be the ingredient for the birth of a new Celestial. The construction of the new Celestial armor is complete, and Eric Masterson is chosen as an additional ingredient. Thor tries to interfere by Nobilus stops him. However, Stellaris takes action and launches an all-out assault on the new Celestial, but inadvertantly feeds it the energy needed to complete its "birth".

Synopsis:
Thor, Hercules and Eric Masterson return to Asgard, where Ymir and Surtur battle for the honor of destroying the universe. Thor travels to the Sea of Eternal Night in the Dimension of Death, and with a bit of help from Masterson, he retrieves the Twilight Sword. Masterson and Thor join together again and banish Ymir and Surtur to the Sea of Eternal Night.

Synopsis:
With order restored to the realm of Asgard, Odin passes on the Odin-power to Heimdall while he replenishes his strength in the Odin-Sleep. Leir challenges Thor for Sif, but she proves to them that she is her own champion. Meanwhile back on Earth, Code Blue successfully rescues a hostage from the clutches of the Wrecking Crew and drives them off.

  • Included in this issue is a forgettable backup featuring Earth Force.

Synopsis:
Thor resumes his mortal identity as Eric Masterson and has two juggle two love interests Jackie Lukus and Susan Austin. Meanwhile, Loki, who desires the Asgardian power of the Wrecker, dispatches his underlings the Enchantress and Ulik to capture the Wrecking Crew. However, this all draws the attention of Excalibur, who are visiting the States in search of the Juggernaut, as well as Thor and Code Blue. The Wrecker uses the Asgardian magic in his wrecking bar to cast an illusion over Thor and Excalibur attacks him believing him to be the Juggernaut.

Synopsis:
Code Blue and Excalibur battle the Wrecking Crew and Thor who has a spell cast on him to make him appear to be the Juggernaut. Thor does his best to defend himself since he isn't aware of the spell, Finally, the Wrecking crew are forced to retreat and the illusion fades. Excalibur ask Thor to help them find the Juggernaut since he was the last to battle him. He transports them into space where he left the Juggernaut stranded, and they are captured by alien soldiers.

Synopsis:
Thor and Excalibur learn that they are the captives of the Juggernaut who has set himself up as the dictator of an alien world. However, a band of rebels, the royalty of the monarchy Juggernaut overthrew, free them. Thor goes head-to-head against the Juggernaut and gives him a good beating! Juggernaut is once again exiled into space. Meanwhile back on Earth, Code Blue and the Ghost Rider manage to give the Wrecking Crew a hard time.

  • A great battle between Thor and Juggy that IMHO proves that Thor could kick his ass any time!

Synopsis:
Loki meets with Mephisto and an uneasy alliance is agreed upon. Eric's friends believe that he's an alcoholic because of all the time he spends as his alter ego. Thor and Ghost Rider take on the Wrecking Crew while Loki sneaks in and one-by-one robs the Wrecking Crew of their Asgardian power. The Wrecking Crew is defeated.
