Loki finally gets his long-awaited revenge on the Wrecker as he retrieves all the Asgardian power from him as painfully as possible. Ulik and the Enchantress make their move and kidnap Kevin. Thor takes the bait and engages Ulik in battle. The Enchantress, realizing that Loki plans to kill Thor, wishes to no longer be a part of his scheme and leaves. Thor defeats Ulik and makes his way to Loki! |

Thor attacks Loki with Kevin's life in the balance. Loki is more formidable with the extra power he took from the Wrecking crew. Code Blue manages to rescue Kevin and allow Thor to battle without restraint. Thor defeats Loki, but Loki cowardly blasts Susan who jumps in front of a blast meant for Kevin. Enraged, Thor uses Mjolnir to take Loki's immortal life. In response, Heimdall banishes Thor who then is caught in Mephisto's trap. Eric realizes that he can still become Thor, but he retains his own mind. Jay's Notes:

Susan has slipped into a coma due to the injuries she sustained last issue. Ulik, still lurking about after his beating by Thor, attacks Code Blue. Eric joins the battle as Thor, but quickly learns that he's going to need a lot more experience. Eric gets his act together and gets a new costume. He engages Ulik for round two and defeats him. |

Thor meets up with Cap and explains recent events and reveals his secret id. Sif is upset with her brother Heimdall who banished Thor, and pledges to find Thor. Thor travels to Asgard and gets pass the rainbow bridge's new guardians, the Warriors Three. Thor makes his way through the warriors of Asgard to confront Heimdall and demand Thor's return. Meanwhile, Annihilus takes advantage of the situation and kidnaps Odin, who sleeps the Odin-sleep. |

Heimdall searches the Negative Zone for Odin and with his enhanced senses finds him! Thor suggests that a subtle approach might be in order instead of a full frontal assault as planned. Unfortunately, Thor leads Sif and Balder into Annihilus' trap. However, they quickly free themselves and make their way past his guards and defense machines. Thor takes on Annihilus and defeats him. Odin is returned to Asgard, and Heimdall returns Thor to Earth where he belongs. |

One of Thor's oldest foes, the Absorbing Man, and its Thor's job to bring him in. Thor (Masterson)'s first introduction to the Absorbing Man is less than memorable as he is beaten. Thor tries a rematch and fares better until Titania shows up. However, Thor realizes that the Absorbing Man and Titania just want to settle down, and he decides to let them go hoping they'll stay out of trouble. |

Undaunted by Eric's refusal to be trained by him, Hercules convinces Quasar that Thor is under some kind of spell and he needs to be subdued. Ironically, the Enchantress steps in and puts Quasar under her spell. Quasar and Thor battle it out until Quasar's quantum bands free him from the Enchantress' charm. The Enchantress flees from the combined might of Hercules, Quasar, and Thor. A bit perturbed by Hercules' behavior, Quasar and Thor leave him hanging from the Statue of Liberty! Backup Feature:

Zarkko's Servitor seeks out Dargo, the future Thor, and escorts him to his master for an audience. Eric learns of Marcy's new husband's intentions to adopt Kevin. Stellaris, eager for revenge, returns to Earth and attacks Thor. Thor is also attacked by Dargo who has been convinced by Zarkko that he must destroy Thor to save his future time line. Thor focuses his attention on Dargo, while Stellaris quickly looses interest. Meanwhile, Zarkko is busy absorbing all the mystical energy their hammers are generating in hopes of using it to set himself up as master of time. Beta Ray Bill returns to Earth summoned by the mystical energy being released during the battle between Dargo and Thor. He stops their battle and bands them together to go after Zarkko. Bill, Thor(Masterson), and Dargo use their hammers to track down Zarkko in the Time Stream. They breach his vessel and are attacked by Thor's gallery of rogues from the past. Using teamwork, the Thor Corps defeat the enemy forces only to face Zarkko's last line of defense ... Loki! Backup Feature:
