Incredible Hulk #461
This issue starts off with the Maestro walking in the desert after his ressurection last issue. Meanwhile, the government shows up at a small town bar with Thunderbolt Ross in the lead. They are here to pick up Banner. While Ross and Banner are having a "friendly" conversation, they are attacked by the Asgardian Destroyer who is actually posessed by the Maestro. This forces Banner to change into the Hulk once again. During the fight, the destroyer steps into the hulks blood which lets the Hulk enter the destroyers body as well and the Hulk and Maestro begin to fight on the spiritual plane. At the bottom of the cliff they are fighting on, is the Maestro's body. During the fight, the cliff crumbles and falls on his body, apparently destroying it and the Maestro. After the fight Banner reverts and has a stogy with Ross before turning himself over to the government.
