Incredible Hulk #462
This issue starts off with Banner being transferred to the top secret Area 102, Area 51 is just a decoy, and claims that the symbolism is disgusting. He feels he is being crucified by the Army. After arriving, Ross tells his fellow soldiers that he brought him for Betty, and then Bruce and Betty are finally reunited with each other. The emotion of it all causes him to change into the Hulk and try to escape. After no one pays attention to him and tells him to go ahead and go if he wants, he "decides" to stay because he wants to and "not" because they tell him he can go. Later, Bruce and Betty are taken to see Rick as a show of trust by the Government, and while there, they find out Rick can't remember the Hulk paralyzing him, but perhaps will later. As they are talking Bruce is attacked by a Troyjan robot and taken captive. When he asks the Hulk to come out, he refuses and leaves Banner in quite a predicament.
