Fear
For you who fear,
To fear is right,
For fear's domain
Is eternal night.
Fear you have
So do not scorn.
Fear you've had
Ere you were born.
Fear you have
So do not laugh.
Who shall be burned
Along with the chaff?
Fear you have
So do not weep.
Fear your dreams
And when shall you sleep?
Fear you have
So do not scorn.
Mayhap you shall buckle
'Neath the rising storm.
Fear the plague
And fear the blight.
Nothing eats courage
Like everlasting night.
