Taken hostage during the Orian crisis in 2337. Orians killed all of his family. He killed the leader of the Orians and earned several medals for bravery. Entered Starfleet Academy in 2342. Saved the life of Rear Admiral Rheyan Hullande in 2344 and was given the Torachi Star. Graduated in 2346. Posted at the outpost around Coridan III as the Security Chief in 2347. Deranked and reassigned to the Pittsburg in 2350 after an incident with an Orian trade ship. Posted on the Churchill and deranked in 2359 following another incident with the Orians. Deranked and reassigned to the Sutherland in 2367. Posted on the Hellraiser in 2371 with no incidents reported on the Sutherland.
Psychologists Notes:
Irving has a blind hatred towards the Orians. He blames them all for what one did to his wife. That hatred may get in the way of other proiorties. The ship psychologist should keep a close eye on him and it might be a good idea to lock him up when Orians are around.
*Notes on the Orian Incident*
Gandler claims the Orian captain kidnapped his wife, raped her, and then killer her. Gandler was tried on the charge of murder and was found guilty because the body had not been recovered at that time. The body was later found on the station by Lieutenant Henrietta Charles and Gandler was cleared of the charges. He was deranked since, after his wife was killed, he killed all the Orians on the ship and exposed it as a slave ship.
