He degrees in Geology and Exobiology. Left Genlis II in 2367 to attend Starfleet Academy. Graduated in 2371. Had a short-term post at Starbase 12 until posted on the *Hellraiser*.

No telepathy ability, despite living on Genlis III. Stays cool in a crisis, but if the pressure gets too high he will break (see psych test). First officer ability, but not captaincy.
