1. Spawning and Monster Groups- Make pc monsters spawn in areas where pcs congregate, afterall noone wants to be a lone orc out by yew, or a Liz man stuck out by sacrifice shrine because not many people frequent the area. Different monster types should congregate in thier native lands. Have orcs congregate in the 2 orc forts (one by cove and tiny one by brit) , have Liz men occupy swamps by Trinsic and by Compassion shrine, Have Rat men occupy the Desert and the jungles below trinsic, Have undead occupy Grave Yards, Have the woods occuiped by mixed groups, but limited to encampments of each. How to limit them? Have Osi create Lizard captians and Rat captians. Orcs, Liz, and Rat men would be restriced to a certain radius of thier captain if they in a group. Lone monsters should be able to wander somewhat, but not into groups larger than 10 of one type unless led by a captain. This way, entire races could be played out, like orcs could finally actually occupy the entire orc fort, or Liz men could steal some boats and occupy an island, or Rat men could take over first level of covetous. Each type of playable monster would have a leader type. The ones i didnt mention are Each group would have its own members, but some monsters would just be "assorted" and kinda blend with a group. Headless, Gargoyles, Harpies, Slimes, Spiders,Scoprions, Giant snakes, Drakes and Dragons are a few of these. THey could travel with any group, without need of a leader, but would lack ability to talk with any of monsters they were with.

2. Monster Bases- Let monster groups who accumulate alot of wealth be able to build a small little home, like an orc tent. THe loot they have would be put in chests, and the monster group could protect it. If its a notorious group, let town cyers yell about it, but only in local area. So if groups base is near trinsic, only Trinsic town cyers know about it. This would eleminate 30 people showing up to kill 8 orcs. If orcs(an example) hold thier base long enough and gather more loot, let it upgrade to a small fort, like near brit. The larger building could let more orcs into group, like mayhbe 16 now for a larger base. This would be the glorious achievement for a pc monster, have its own horde and protecting it.

#. Base security- When at lest 1/4 of the totoal group is online, then the base is open to attack, if not its gate is locked adn cannot be entered, only exited. No rune makring in base either. When a pc monster logs off, the base wont auto lock, it will still be open till a server back up, thats what monster total will be counted.

3. When no ones around-When no pcs are around, monsters can fight each other or find animals to kill. Bored monsters cause trouble so the first few things they find will be tunred into paste :)

4. Magic-Let orc mages and other magic types heal there fellows too, its a fair thing since most players can cast greater heal. Also if a monster becomes famous enough to become a supreme mosnter and instead remains an orc lord, let the pc change his color, giving him a special look in leiu of his good fighting. Unique monsters like that would become more powerful and carry a specail weapon on them, like a black orc helm that has 900 night eyes charges and adds +4 ar more than a normal orc helm. 1
