As many of you know, there was a problem last year.  A flaw was occuring on the PATENTs.  Dispensers were being produced with a P A E N T on the stem instead of PATENT. These stems increase a dispenser's value and are fun to look for.  The most common dispensers that this flaw was seen on, were the two hearts for Valentines.
