Jacob Haley A militia group member wanted on domestic terrorism charges, Haley murders an undercover marshall. (Pine Bluff Variant) He is involved in the distribution of the Pine Bluff Variant, and ends up dying when he is infected by the variant himself.

Col. Calvin Henderson Henderson, the premiere reclamation expert for the Air Force, heads a crash retrieval team for a downed U.F.O. The crash is labeled as a "chemical spill" and Henderson arrests Mulder for trespassing on the site. (Fallen Angel)

Smoking Alien This "alien" turns out to be a dead man wearing a costume. The deceased is found to be a Major in the U.S. Air Force. He piloted a fake U.F.O. type craft developed by the military to confuse potential invading forces. (Jose Chung's)

Dr. Christopher Davey Davey is a government operative, researching dark matter while employed by Polarity Magnetics. He is willing to sacrifice his partner to gain this deadly technology for the government, but is killed by the mysterious Mr. X (Soft Light).
