This deck is designed to take advantage of the Holo-Only List found on Elim's site. The basic strategy is to use the holo-personnel to pass Q, removing the dilemmas under the three missions you plan to complete. Note that Q is critical to this deck, since these personnel cannot pass many of the most common dilemmas Shaka, When The Walls Fell comes to mind. As a last resort, the Holo-Projectors can be used to attempt one of the "backup" missions--holos make the ultimate redshirts.
