Theme/Mood:Independence/Mystery. The Kindred of Richland, much as the mortals of the city, feel they are governed by their own and not by the Tri-Cities. The Camarilla was not built by barons, but by princes. As such, they have declared Domain over Richland. How long will this independence last, and what will it cost?
Character Restrictions: As per the Camarilla 5.1 Supplement. Cross-venue characters are allowed with prior notifications to both the CST and the Domain Storyteller at least one week prior to the event.
Proxy Rules: Not advised at this time, but will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Travel Risks: Travel from the east and south will generally require passing through the baronies of the Tri-Cities, possibly creating a problem. Contact the CST for more information.
Challenges: Challenges requiring narration, mob scenes, or combats lasting more than three rounds are strongly discouraged. Challenges should enhance, not diminish, flow of the game.
Style: The Kindred of the City keep a fairly low profile, but strongly uphold the Traditions. Emphasis is on roleplay, costuming, character development, intrigue, and influence. Character death will be kept to a minimum.
Antagonists: The mortal population and those wishing to break the Masquerade will soon become an antagonist. In addition, some clan animosities and Sabbat activities do exist.
Venue Rules, Visiting Character/Plot Policy: : Character sheets, experience logs, and proof of membership and member classes are required. Consult with CST staff prior to the event. One week's notice is preferred.
