Place/Time: Mid-Columbia Library (West Richland Branch), 7p.m. till 12 midnight. Third Friday of each month.

Directions:

From Seattle: Take I-82/I-182 to Richland, then take Exit 4 (Vantage). Turn left at Van Giesen Street (light). Cross the bridge and continue to the second block on the left (at the reader sign,) before you reach the SunMart.

From Portland or Spokane: Take I-90/Highway 395 to I 182 toward Richland. Take Exit 4 (Vantage). Turn left at Van Giesen Street (light). Cross the bridge and continue to the second block on the left (at the reader sign,) before you reach the SunMart.

Theme/Mood: Babes in the Woods/Apathy. What is this place? What are the unrecognizable forms lurking in the shadows? Where lies the light which will illuminate our path through this hellish place?

Character Restrictions: No Risen PCs are allowed. The Shroud limits contact with those on the other side, and travel here is difficult at best. Cross-venue characters are allowed with prior notification (1 week minimum.)

Proxy Rules: Because this is our first chronicle of the wraith venue, character proxy is not advised. Besides, we would much rather enjoy your company!

Travel Risks: Travel is currently limited to the Tempest and/or via the Skinlands. There have been reports of strange sightings in the area, and there are currently no known Hierarchy outposts here. The Midnight Express does not yet include the Tri-Cities on its route. Please consult with our CST.

Challenges: Challenges are accepted for this venue.

Style: Anarchy with political maneuvering. There is power to be had for those willing to grasp for it and able to hold it. Many of the "resident" wraiths are just beginning to realize what (and where) they are. Costuming is highly preferred.

Antagonists: Apathy, Entropy, and Fear are the major antagonists, at least the ones which have chosen to make their presence felt. The others are merely waiting for the right moment to strike.... the Hierarchy has only recently become aware of the rumors regarding this area. Perhaps some of the residents here are behind the criminal activity in the neighboring Necropoli.

Venue Rules, Visiting Character/Plot Policy: Please be prepared to discuss your character's goals with the storyteller prior to entering play. Characters will be reviewed by the staff and may be vetoed, though storytellers will try to accomodate as best as they can. One week's notice is required.
