The following is a certificate.  To become an official sponge worshiper you must print out the certificate and read it, write your name where it says 'print name', the date where it says 'print date', number of toes (including the big toe) where it says 'print no. of toes', and sign your name in the space provided.

There are both colour, and black and white versions available.  To print out just the certificate (using Netscape) right click on the image and select view image.  Press the print button on the toolbar.  If you're using Explorer, then you shouldn't
