Cowboy Caviar
15 oz of cooked, drained black eyed peas
one quarter cup of thinly sliced green onions
one quarter cup finely chopped red pepper
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons cooking oil
two tablespoons cider vinegar
2 fresh jalapanos chopped
one quarter teaspoon cracked black pepper
salt to taste
mix and chill overnight
eat with chips
