  • 15 oz of cooked, drained black eyed peas
  • one quarter cup of thinly sliced green onions
  • one quarter cup finely chopped red pepper
  •  2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons cooking oil
  • two tablespoons cider vinegar
  • 2 fresh jalapanos chopped
  • one quarter teaspoon cracked black pepper

  • salt to taste
