| Chief Estimator
Four year degree, seven to ten years estimating experience. Experienced with computer estimating systems is essential (MC² preferred). Must be highly motivated with good communication and managerial skills. |
BCLP Forman
Ability to read blueprints. Extensive knowledge of carpentry. Able to
achieve goals in a timely manner. Requires math skills. Coordinates work
between sub-contractor employees and BC employees. Able to work with his/her
own tools. |

Carpenter
Ability to read blueprints and transfer measurements to materials. Works with rough materials as well as finished components. Completes work in compliance with local building codes and job site requirements. May perform metal welding. Directs Truck-Crane Operator when positioning building components. Requires heavy lifting. Consistently trains helpers and/or laborer. Strives to improve work quality. |
Construction Worker
Works without close supervision. Requires heavy lifting. Skilled at concrete
placement and finishing. Applies sealing compounds. Uses proper job site
cleanup materials and procedures. Assembles and dis-assembles scaffolding.
May perform metal welding. May not be assigned full time at any one jobsite.
Student of Carpentry trade. Strives to improve work quality. |
