Millennium

Okay, I was asked to write a review for Millennium, by Steph of The Society Of X. I thought that my insane rants about the kiss that I used to have on this page would simply not do. But guess what!!?? I didn't like Millennium!!! I would say that I almost hated it, except for the kiss, and I was NOT looking forward to going back and watching it again. So, I looked at all the reviews I could find, and even those made me bored. I was not enlightened. So here I am, writing a review for an ep that I haven't seen in months. But I will do my best.

First, let me explain why I hated it so much. This episode was extremely heavy on plot. There was absolutely no character development that I could see. The way I saw it was: Talk to Frank Black, chase after zombies, talk to Frank Black again, and kiss. Give me a break.

I watch the show for the characters. Before TXF, I said that the paranormal could go suck an egg, and really, I am still not all that intrested in the paranormal. But some of the eps really are cool. Wierd cool. But this was not wierd cool. Just wierd. Zombies? Oh please. Give me something more here.

Okay. Now for the good stuff. All of us shippers melted in our seats when the kiss graced our television screns. FINALY!! Seven years is long enough, and I have only been a fan for two, and I was getting fed up. Now, a lot of us, when we heard that a kiss was actually going to happen, wanted something hot and heavy, full of passion. I mean, it's been seven years, for gosh sakes! But, I for one was pleasantly surprised. It was sweet. I like sweet, and we get to see them walking out of the hospital with their arms around each other!! Yay!! My shippy heart soared.

There you have it, Steph. I hope this meets your approval!! <3 Lisa
