Q: How many peopel have served as X-men?
A: Um, i don't have enough fingers and toes for that, but at last count, it was 37.
Q: Why is the Summers family such a hot topic?
A: Because a) it contains the most known relatives to at least SIX X-characters (Cyclops, Pheonix, Racheal Summers, Cable, Havok, and Corsair) and b) having a son who's older than your dad who was raised by your daughter with a name that's a mile long is considered cool by some people (as in Nathaniel Christopher Askani-son Dayspring Summers. Some people go as far as Nathaniel Christopher Charles Askani-son Dayspring Pryor-Summers!)
Q:How old are each of the X-Men?
A: Um.... I'd have to say... Um,... oh geez... Storm is in her late 20's, Marrow is about 11-13 (but had an excelerated rate of growth, which is why she looks like an adult) Rogue is in her mid 20's at best (Special note: When she was first introduced, she was about 40, but keept getting younger as new writers and artists came along), Gambit is in his late 20's, Colossus is in his late 20's, Shadowcat is between 19-21, Nightcrawler is 30 at best, and Wolverine is between 25 and 300 years old. There!
Q: Does Cyclops wear condoms?
A: Where do you people get this stuff? Anyway, I can't be sure, cause Jeanie ain't pregnant. Maybe Scott's infertal...? Or just not getting any...
Q: What does the "X" stand for?
A: Here's how it goes: In 1963 (when the X-Men debuted) it stood for the X-Tra power that the mutants had. In recent years, it's been changed to stand for the "X"-factor in a persons DNA which makes them a mutant. However, note that it's no coincidence that thier leader and founder's last name, Proffesor Xavier, starts with an "X". In fact, in the Age of Apocolypse, the X-Men actualy were named after Xavier!
Q: I lost track, who's on the team?
A: Storm, Wolverine, Marrow, Gambit, Rouge, Colossus, Shadowcat, and Nightcrawler, with Prof. X Recently returned. (I'll update this as needed).
Q: Wasn't there like, 100 members just a couple months ago?
A: Nah, just 20. But Cyclops left due to injuries, with his wife Pheonix in tow. Dr. Reyes went off to pursue medicine. Iceman is on leave taking care of his dad. Cannonball is on leave taking care of his mom. Maggott, well, left. Joseph went off with Sabra to find out if he's really Magneto or not. Bishop is MIA in space with Deathbird. Archangel is busy running his financial empire. Psylocke recently lost her powers in a battle with the Shadow-King. Beast is off doing one thing or another, and the good Professor is currently MIA, with the X-Men searching for him. -phew!-
Q: What's the difference between the school for Gifted Youngsters and the one for Higher Learning?
A: The X-Men's main base, the Xavier mansion (located at 1403 Graymalkin lane, near Salem in Weschester County, NY) was until a few years ago the School for Gifted Youngsters. However, with the formation of Generation X, They changed it's name to the Xavier Institute for Higher Learning. The "new" S.F.G.Y.'s is located in Snow valley, Massatuchets.
Q: Um, okay smart-ass, how old's Wolverine?
