Suzume Benkei regents the library on Shima no Kinu during the absence of Yoritomo Toshokan'in.
Yoritomo Kupo owns a seemingly modest holding that belies its true nature. He also coordinates a correspondence between Mantis brothers and sisters. You are welcome to join in the messages, but be warned that Kupo-sama brooks no tolerance for spies.
On the high seas Yoritomo Zube braves tsunami storms, the Great Kumo, and splinters on the deck.
On a remote island in the middle of Wan no Asaguroi Mizu lurks Yoritomo fRed, tainted Mantis and gaijin duelist.
Jeff Alexander (Phoenix name unknown) maintains the Phoenix Clan Library in pristine form. The Library and it keeper have gained much honor and acclaim from the empire in the years Jeff started tending it.
Closest to the Mantis Isles lie the lands of the Crane. Our history with this clan is a long and sorted story, better left to the pen hands of fine bards. I myself do not frequent the shores of this port often, but it is always good to keep lines of communication open... even with your enemies. Visit the Official Home of the Crane Clan, but do so at your own expense.
I take great joy in spending time with the Crab Clan. I find their (pardon the pun) "Hida-nistic" behavior to be extremely refreshing after the pomp and circumstance found throughout the rest of the empire. The Jade Crab is especially high upon my list of ports to visit.
I never find it, but it seems to find me. Check out Ikoma Andy's Shadowlands Refuge of the Lion where you too can get tainted like Okura!
There is also the slightly lesser-known yet just as informative Mountain Keep of the Dragon. Still just as hard to find on the roads of Rokugan!
The Unicorn are always hard to locate, but a few of them do keep their feet in one place at one time. The Lair of the Unicorn, though run by a Unicorn bushi who will no reveal his name, is a good place to learn what is happening in the Clan of the Ki-Rin.
