"Filia-sama!!" Xellos ran to the lake, "Are you all right Filia-sama?"
he asked helping the swordswoman out of the water.
"Yes, Xellos. I'm fine." she told the concerned looking priest.
"But really Mr. Zelgadis! That was not very polite throwing Miss Filia
into the lake. It says in the code of justice...." at this point Zelgadis
took his attention from the prince, he didn't need to hear his endless
ramblings about justice.
Val noticed after a while that no one was listening to him, so he decided
to look around for the object of his affection. There! He saw Lina standing
near Zelgadis. A moment later Lina had to deal with an affectionate justice
obsessed prince clinging to her arm.
"Really Xellos, I'm fine!" said Filia to the priest who didn't looked
very convinced about his well being.
Suddenly Filia stiffened, she turned to the nearby bushes, with one
hand pulling Xellos behind her and with the other one drawing his sword.
Zelgadis saw this and immediately a fireball appeared in his hand ready
to attack whatever came out of those bushes. Lina who had been release
from Val's grip drew her sword, as the prince was about to start another
of his speeches.
From the bushes emerged a short black haired woman dressed in a brown
outfit, followed by a purple haired man dressed in.... revealing.... clothing.
[Who could that be?^_~]
The woman drew her sword, "Filia Gabriev, you escaped our last duel!"
She lashed at Filia who blocked with no difficulty.
"Hi Eris, it's been a while since I had a good swordswoman to practice
with."
Eris smiled, "I'll make you eat those words. Howling Sword!!"
"Light come forth!"
The two swordswomen fought much at the expense of the forest while
the purple haired man approached the others who had left their fighting
positions.
"Isn't she lovely? A good thing I got over you. You who broke the heart
of an innocent man like me." Rezo confided to Lina putting a hand to his
hip and steeping dangerously close to the chimera. Needless to say that
it didn't make Val very happy.
