Adult
Faith Formation
St. Malachy offers a variety of faith formation opportunities for
adults of all stages of life:

second Saturday of each month from 7:00-8:30 p.m. where men are invited
to read, reflect and discuss the readings for the Sunday Liturgy.

year providing men and women the opportunity to focus on reading and
studying the Bible with an emphasis on discussion. Various groups with
different meeting dates and times are available; please call the Faith
Formation Office at 852-8476.
- Women’s Spirituality Group

opportunity to read and discuss spiritual books as well as provide a
prayer support base to each other.
- Women’s Saturday Spirituality Group
meets the first Saturday of each month from 8:00-9:30 p.m. where women
are invited to read, reflect and discuss the readings for the Sunday
Liturgy.
Retreats:
- Men's Retreat is an
annual event where all men in the parish are invited to St. Meinrad. A
monk from the monastery leads the retreat and the men from St. Malachy
have a chance to reflect on their spiritual journeys while learning
from the monastic environment. The retreat usually is schedule for a
weekend in February. For more information, please call the Faith
Formation Office at 852-8476.
- Women's Retreats vary between one
and two a year that range from a morning of reflection at St. Malachy
during Advent to a weekend away at St. Meinrad during May or June.
These gatherings provide a great opportunity for the women to get away
from day-to-day responsibilities; to reflect upon their spiritual
journey; and to get to know other women in the parish. For information
on this year’s retreat plans, please call the Faith Formation
Office at 852-8476.
