You decide you want to talk to Blu, so you go outside and talk to the silver Roo at the desk again.
"Hey, where can I find Blu Flyer?" You ask her.
"Hmmm, let me see," the secretary says, punching a few buttons on her computer, "Blu Flyer can usually be found in Corneria. You can contact her by using her TDT..." she sees the look on your face, "Trans-Dimentional Transporter. But I don't think you would have one of those..." She types more into her computer, "Okay, here! It says that the human program ICQ is compatable with the TDT... But not always... Blu's... U-I-N is 20430303, so if you have this... I-C-Q you may be able to contact her. Where else might you find her... Ah! Here's a printout:" She hands you a slip of paper.

Of course, you can also find her wandering around the Universe as herself. For more information on meeting her, you'll have to join the Aliroo RPG. More information on that can be found by talking to Cobalt, who is in the laboratory.
