Although it was the X-Files that made it popular, the "trust no one, Mr. Mulder" line

the bad guy (I forgot his name, but he died of drinking from the wrong grail) told Indy as Indy traveled to Venice.
Mulder's office seems to be no longer in the basement, but on the same floor as perhaps
Skinner's office.
