"Neech" has been in this prison for 11 years 56 days.
He promises that 5 men will die.
Napoleon "Neech" Manley; mug shot 50416; arrested in 1984 for armed robbery of liquor store, was driving the getaway car.
He was executed 3 days ago when Mulder and Scully see the case; Neech had been in the chair two times prior to his last.
A week before his execution Neech started his "prison philosophy" that he would be reincarnated and returned for vengeance.

When Charez was 26, he was court-appointed to Neech's case.
