What I think :
This young lad seems to be crazy about driving. I won't let him drive my car though...But you can always count on him in case of need. If your alpha is badly wounded, choose Jackie as your alpha next turn. As he worth nothing, he won't be attacked, and his low renown will maybe enable you kill a wounded opponent, as you will acting last. However he has a really low health.
