So here is a Reasonable Basis for a Banking and Tenancy Relationship, although, I may get Shanked or Shot for this Voire Dire, but that's life
I got into a verbal altercation, with some of the "substance abuse" management, here last night,
when some nutbar, started flicking all the house switches, on and off, then a while later, this "coconut"
with a psychiatric record for schizophrenia and substance abuse, started all over and flicked more of my power
switches, with my computers running....backups were a big time crash, and blue screens,...he said he was a cop
and could do anything he wanted.........
The "substance abuse management" is into turning this house into a substance abuse house for drug profit....I
heard from a reliable tending that he saw and handled a .38 Revolver on the basenebt tool bench when he went down
there. Uncontrolled substance abusers, and guns don't make me feel too comfortable, so I approached the Management,
instructing him that he should keep the .38 Revolver in a safe place. The management told me that he had a right
to keep a gun anywhere he wanted, and do whatever he wanted with it. OK, so now I'm living in Afghanistan or North
Africa, unfortunately things don't work that way in North America, I didn't take 20 years of all those dumb safety
and training courses for nothing you know "I know a gangster when I see one"?
So now the substance abuse management want to penalize me for working on my computer too much and NOT being a "Gear
Box" and crack/pot head like them, they called me a Homophobe...good grief what next? This isn't a gay thing,
the gay pink gun group are ok with me!
They insisted on knowing what I was doing on my computer, and suggested that I was a porn guy without a life...Where
do these these "substance abuse" guys get these wild assed allegations, they gotta be joking?
This morning, this "substance abuse management" mental case altercation who has
lived here a short while, out of nowhere, said he was a Cop, while being some queer's "wife" as if I
wanted to know these weird things, I got that on tape for the hell of it. Later he went and smashed his whole 3,000sq.
ft. apartment and contents. No doubt the damage will be transfered to a rent increase for me!
I find it disheartening to pay any kind of Rent to the "substance abuse management" two faced drug dealing
crack addicted Slumlords. The ideal of a slumlord, is to be the "druglord" and not get caught, whether
it be drug distribution or all the other easy dollar projects!
They provide jack for rental service, and hire hopeless ex-con "substance
abuse" individuals to do their paperwork, while they go around cashing welfare,
old age security, cash bogus cheques and similar ventures.
People are hopelessly homeless, while new Residential buildings are senselessly evacuated because of bungled paperwork,
by the archaic Dictators of their "Ward"!
Most of these Slumlords are under the Historic system of legal Court "paper assed" bullshit, that gives
them the right to suck money without providing a service "for shit"!
"Legal" Statutes, Bills, Sections, and Subsections are just a melee of bread and butter for the unemployable
landlords, that seek sanctuary in the forces of a dildo logic "Government"!
While my bank account was being extorted by the double dipping by the "substance abuse management" and their assigns, the upper landlord
played the dummy, and the online Bank was equally as incompetent in doing anything sane about it, like replying
with a sane comment or procedure to my accounts event! The Bank, just charged me additional for some Statement
cheques, Traceroute, and other for their stupidity. I may post a synopsis of the replies I get from these financial
institutions, to prove their utter incompetencies!
SOME BANK REQUESTS:
BANK CONFIDENTIAL MESSAGES:
1] Request Comment:I have not been receiving my "cheques" from BANK probably because my mail is being tampered with by the management and resident mail delivery, thereby withholding any EVIDENCE that I need to launch a police investigation!..........................
The fact that no Online information I have asked BANK for the last month, suggests a fiasco!................... That is why in, in the previous posts, I asked to have this Cheque #200 FAXED or Emailed to me in the previous posts!............
ThanX in Advance...........Bob
2] Request Comment:RE: Reference Number: 2829315 I
received the Cancel cheque return Statement from BANK, except that the envelope was steamed
open, and the Voided/Canceled cheque [#247 with all transaction stamps] was
in it instead of the [Forged/Bogus #200]!
As I mentioned earlier, I would require the Cheque #200 Faxed to me but it must be voice verified to receive a fax. That means to phone call first so my Fax machine or computer can pick-up a copy of the [bogus cheque #200 ASAP! In the meantime, was the [bogus cheque #200] from Rip-Off Enterprises?
ThanX in Advance Robert LaCasse ph:604/255-8787
What am I dealing with here? The Bank says:
Response: Thank you Mr. LaCasse, for contacting us through our online services. My name is Rose, and I am pleased
to assist with your request.
Please accept our sincere apologies for the delay in receiving a copy of the cheque #200. I have confirmed that
the cheque is still being investigated and will be mailed out to you within the next 3-5 business days.
I apologize for the inconvenience and frustration that this has caused and I hope this has been helpful. If you
have any concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us again. Thank you for choosing online banking.
My sMail is being steamed open and handled by a group of Druggie Crooks....Which is why I wanted an electronic transfer, but no the Bank can't do that...they don't get the picture or urgency! I know. I can get another mailbox for $15 a month, but I only write 1 cheque a month, so all this is directly adding 30% to my rent monthly.......
Talk about "Dumb Inscolence" in a supposed organized country...heh?
Now Some City Department get's a Vigilant Holier than Though Involvement at my place and Numerous others, so I wrote a letter
Dear Municipal
City by-law arbitrators:
Only the general ceiling height was a legislation concern which should be rather lax these days, or so I thought,
and I talked to building owner, and he said he would try to work something out with the city, even though this
Building has been targeted with all kinds of legislation caused by the previous owners.
The issue is a legislative low ceiling crackdown enforcement by the City because of the previous landlords, to
the extent of removing the Buildings $5,000.00 Video Surveillance Security Cameras by some Arsenault, of the VPD,
although the details of that are unclear other than it was a permanent confiscation!
I assume you may be aware that this clamp-down is due to the HRDC scandalous fiasco causing the deep digging into
the poor rental people like myself! The new landlord was also threatened of additional insane enforcement, if he
did not comply with my undue eviction.
The Bottom line is that I can't really afford to rent another place, and I
really can't afford to move 10 years of computer/networking laboring work and wiring config , of my non-profit
computer/photography system, especially since the law is not here to protect my personal
interests, but their legislation of non-humanitarian CAUSATION and TORT to all.
Because of the ceiling legislation, "some inches too short", my life
and possibility of gainful employment has to be ruined? I was wondering if you may have an
answer to this Low Ceiling/Licensing dilemma which is being treated like some sort of WMD situation!
The Housing people, won't do dick for me, since they had accompanied the Vancouver City Inspector. The Previous
Fire Marshall had already approved my room, as fire safe+, until this Christy from the Vancouver City Inspectors
department.
My landlord allowed me to rent an additional room for a slight discounted price, but I am not crazy about paying
for an additional dwelling for nothing and my slight income really sux already!
Because of the ceiling height legislation, "some inches too short", my life and possibility of real gainful
employment has to be ruined? I was wondering if you may have an answer to this Low Ceiling/Licensing dilemma which
is being treated like some sort of WMD situation!
So since they want to play legal beagal with Conrad Black's little law dictionary, I came up with this valid excuse....
UNDER SECTION 10 OF THE HRC, I AM CLAIMING MY "mental disability" OF AGROPHOBIA,
ergo disapproval of high ceilings and am "religious" on this basis in all Voire Dire capacities.
My Motto is, If you can't touch the ceiling, it's probably too high, and will cost you a fortune in heating bills.

CHAPTER NINETEEN:
HUMAN RIGHTS
Discriminations HRC: B.C. Human Rights Code RSBC 1996, CHAPTER 210
(3) Discrimination in Purchase and Rental of Property Under s. 9, a person must not be denied the opportunity
to purchase real property due to discrimination.
Section 10 states that a person shall not be denied the right to occupy any space that is represented
as being available for occupancy or be discriminated against with respect to a term or condition of the tenancy
on the basis of race, colour, ancestry, place of origin, religion, marital status, family status, physical or mental
disability, sex, sexual orientation, age or source of income.
This section does not apply if the tenant is to share the use of any sleeping, bathroom, or cooking facilities
with the person making the representation, for example as a roommate.
Complaints under the British Columbia Human Rights Code are dealt with by the BC Human Rights Tribunal. The first
step in filing a complaint with the Tribunal is to fill out a complaint form. Complaint forms are available from
the Tribunal.
Thanx in Advance
So far, all I got is a Ceiling Height non conforming building code Eviction Notice, others all got evicted from
other buidings on non conforming building codes!
Yours in Justice
Bob
In order to invoke Financial Transactions on the Inet/Web, either as a Purchaser or Distributor you should establish a web account . Cybercash is in my opinion, the safest and easiest method of credit card purchasing, because they E-Mail verify, and credit card information does/not travel over the INET, for our protection!
You don't have to load humongus software products 'ie: DigiCash' that deal with a limited circuit , only to realise that the SSL code or other has been 'cracked' and your account is jeopardized! First Virtual/Cybercash may implement a bullet proof credit card encryption , when one is proven such!
Although the thought of someone cracking your credit card/coded number or password, seems quite a minor concern when you are confronted with the possible dilemna which shows itself in your own attempts to establish the account in the first place !
Acknowledging the fact that some 'hackers' have occasionally cracked systems, they are relatively
few, if non-consequential , in comparison to hundreds of 'straight transactions' you initiate annually with merchant employees whom you wouldn't normally trust to watch your car! That's it in
a nut-shell , isn't it, so what's the big hoolah about.
Is web-shopping more risky than using a cell-phone, with
all the scanners, and ENS decoders around, ready to clone your cel-number at any given moment?
Founded by NatWest , and directed by Tim Jones Mondex is in the early stages of providing a harware based Smart 'Credit Card' for safe transactions! Please note that most CyberCash/E-Cash systems Directed by Dr. David Chaun , with Global Links like the Mark Twain Bank or the MT Bank....empty bank??, otherwise known as Digicash are implemented through some aspect the Automated Clearing House, and generally, a US chequing account is required.
At First Virtual, the Buyers account was virtually free $2.00usd
even with Canadian Banks, whereas the Sellers account is $10.00+ depending on access.
Other forms of cybercash
may suit your preference, like Internet Shopping Network , with some non-US facilities, similar to FV in Credit Card account handling, and the infamous GlassWings , Shopping Malls are relatively fine, though I sincerely
recommend, especially concerning Canadian and Foreign financial transactions First Virtual , the oldest and so far, most reliable web financial transaction system
has regressed to an armored e-mail system, since their alliance to the infamous Cybercash, and
is to prosper at an alarming rate for merchants and buyers of all variations and concepts.
Keeping this in mind, you might be interested in the 'probably not too unusal to your web-shopping experiences' Web Odyssey of David Fox . A criteria that you might compare your standards with, and feel a sigh of relief or self-compensation, if not mutual pitifull agony, as compared to My Real Time non-web purchase fiasco with ATIC computers, and Visa Negotiations!
Mostly,..Don't leave home without the Oanda Money Converter which covers the humongus task of balancing your cheque/statement before you develop ulcers in that last HKD transaction from USD!
