Henry Foster
A worker at the Centeral London Hatcheries. He oversees embryo
developement. Hobbies are spending quality time with Lenina and
harassing Bernard Marx.
Lenina Crowne
A worker in the factory. Assembly-line worker in the Fertilizing
room. She is the main antagonists for John as he falls in love
with her, but then is repelled by her nature.
Bernard Marx
Another of John's antagonists. He is an Alpha-Plus. A
bit of a loner. It causes other to look down upon him. He
was one of the the characters I had hope for. But he is just
like the others, driven to be accepted. He uses John to gain
popularity.
Helmholtz Watson
Besides John, this is the only char I had hope for. A
writer for one of the dialy papers, he is Bernard's friend.
Watson write "unpublishable" work that is unfit for the eyes
of the "civilized" people.
Mustapha Mond
His fordship, himself. The controller of this particular
area. He has knowledge which other aren't allowed to have.
He isn't as "civilized" as the other are. Yet he doesn't
dislike the fact that the others are being used. He is NOT
my favorite character.
Linda
Mother of John, I had an immedate dislike of her, she was
an unfortunate Beta from the Fertilizing Room that went
on a holiday with the Director and got lost and pregnant.
Unable to return, she raised John on the "Savage" reserve.
When she is allowed to go back to the "cilivized" world,
she just sits and pops Soma pills.
John Savage
The unfortunate savage who Bernard takes back to the
"civilized" world. John had just wanted to go to see how
people liveed there and was disgusted. He tried to change
the people there, to no avail. Because of the fact that he
couldn't handle the way the "civilized" people lived, he hanged
himself at the end of the book.
