When Bilbo came back from the journey with his twelve dwarf-friends, he had no idea that his adventures were not over just yet. He still has the ring which he got from Gollum when he was escaping the orcs. This ring he took back with him to The Shire. Bilbo was getting old, so he decided to spend his late years at Rivendell, a place where he loved so much. So he left his heir, Frodo all his belongings including the RING. Bilbo thought that everything was going on well until later, things seem to go wrong everywhere. Later, Gandalf came and tell Frodo that he was bearing the most dangerous item in the world, the ring of Sauron, (the evil guy). Gandalf also said to Frodo that he should wait for his next visit and they should travel to Rivendell, before Frodo's birthday. But Gandalf didn't arrive, so Frodo made his journey on his own. On his journey, he came accross many enemies and friends. But why didn't Gandalf come on time? Apparently, he was having problems himself.....
