Origin: The grandson of Barry Allen in the future, Bart was born with his powers pushing him older by the second, to try to slow the process, his grandmother Iris Allen had him put into a virtual reallity machine that would match his speed, and make him think he is living a normal life, the people that funder the VR program started to get a little fishy, so Iris took Bart back in time to Wally West the current Flash, to be shown how to use his powers, after the super aging stopped Bart went to live with Max Mercury in Manchester, Alabama. Bart has no concept of reality or danger, he thinks life is one big video game.
