I am skilled in troubleshooting hardware and software issues within the windows environment, including Windows 95, Windows 98, Windows NT, Windows 2000, and Windows XP.
I also have some experience troubleshooting in the Macintosh OS environment. I achieved my A+ Core certification in August, 2003

I have been involved in the technical support industry for over 4 years, where I have been supporting internet applications such as Netscape and Microsoft Internet Explorer, as well as supporting oem systems for a major pc manufacturer. In that time I have been honing my communication skills and have the developed the knowledge necessary to support nearly any product. In addition, I have been participating in the role of teacher for eleven years, giving me valuable insight into the supervision of others, delegation, and direction.
