Donnar

Holy Symbol of Donnar There are three avatar forms of the God of Storms and Thunder. Donnar most often appears as a red-haired warrior with black eyes donned in elaborate black armor of chain or plate; in this form Donnar weilds a huge warhammer. His second form is that of an ancient fisherman, and finally, Donnar also appears as a huge black bear. Donnar's color is black and his symbol is a raised warhammer in front of a sunburst. He is associated with bears, dragons, rams, goats, and all ocean animals.

Donnar the Thunderer, is the god of storms, fishing, agriculture, seafaring, battle and protection. He is highly revered through the island nation. His aid is called upon by sailors, soldiers or any one caught in one of the massive hurricanes that pummel Ahvlyn during the winter.

Drosk is the highest revered god among the dwarves of the western mountains. He is the god associated with mining, the earth, farming, storms and protection. His followers have always been strong, yet they steadily increase as the demons from the desert make more and more raids into dwarven lands.

Almec tribesmen and Frost Elves call him The Tempest Harbinger and fear him as much or more than they revere him. Due homage is paid, but those who choose to serve him are feared and often ostracized.

Donnar's priests have the following restrictions/abilities:

His priests have the ability to turn undead and are sometimes granted other powers as well. These powers may include, but are not limited to: Calm Wind, Calm Sea, Smooth Sailing, Bless Earth, Find Vein and Battle Mind.
