This staff, crafted by the wizard Merrick Ap'Milandra, is made of rosewood. Intricately carved runes, symbols, and glyphs are intertwined with vines that wrap around the staff. It functions as a standard +3 staff; double damage is done when one charge is spent, while spending two charges causes triple damage. The staff is rechargeable and carries a maximum of thirty charges.

In addition, the staff functions at 12th level for the following abilities:

No charges - Detect Magic, Light, Mirror Image, Hold Portal, Wizard Mark
1 charge - Wall of Force, Ice Storm, Mass Sleep, Lightning Bolt
2 charges - Legend Lore, Shape Change, Teleport w/o Error
