My place for my favourite chartacters on Deep Space Nine
Deep Space Nine is somewhat different than its counterparts. The station can't go anywhere. It depends on people coming to it. (Friend or foe alike.) So, much of the storyline must depend more on character development than the special effects. Here are a few of the more intriguing characters I look for on DS9.
Quark
Quark is one of those characters that can be so unpredicatable. Just when you think you have him figured out, he surprises you. More than once we've seen him stick his head out for the other guy and I'm inclined to believe that he'll do it again.
Morn
Our little barfly is probably the best loved character that hasn't had a single line. In fact, we've barely even seen him out of Quark's bar. From descriptions given by other crew members, Morn leads the life we find hard to picture. I guess you have to be there.
Gul Dukat
Our favourite bad guy. We've seen this one at the top of his game and then fall down hard. The loss of his daughter was devestating and it will be interesting to see how he bounces back from this one. (And he will.)
