Spike was pacing around the old factory. His mind was blazing with anger.

"The Slayer this and slayer that. I'm tired of her messing up my plans. She gets into the way every time!"

Drusilla looked up at Spike. "Why don't we just kill her?"

One of Spike's dominions stepped out of the shadows. "We tried that too many times."

Spike considered this. "As much as I want to kill you for insulting Dru; I have to admit that you're right. We need some help."

Drusilla took two carot cards from her deck and placed them on the table. "Two people are coming and will arrive before the night is through. Too close to dawn for us."

Spike liked what he was hearing. "Are they here to help us?"

Drusilla dealt a third card then studied the cards. "It's unclear. There's also a very powerful force."

Spike turned to his dominions. "Are you guys hungry? If you happen to catch a bystander; make sure they get a taste of your blood. I want some more undead troops and be ready for these visitors."

With that they all left.

Buffy quickly walked into the library the next morning. "What's the big vamp event this week?"

Giles was sitting in his office without looking up he just said "Nothing."

Buffy seemed delighted. "Nothing as in no vamps or slayage?"

Giles finally looked up. "Just the usual training and patrol."

Buffy walked out of the library. She came so close to being free. Well Giles wasn't going to ruin her week. She was determine to maintain a somewhat normal life. Dates, classes, having fun, and even studying for crying out loud. She saw Willow and got an idea.

"Hi Willow."

"How's things in slayerville?" Willow asked.

"I just got the word from Giles. It's going to be a very boring week. I was thinking of planning a double date. Me and Angel plus you and Oz.

Willow liked the idea but she could accept under one condition. "Just make it before Thursday because of Oz's werewolf problem. The full moon starts on Thursday".

The date was set and Buffy was able to fit everything in. She had it all planned. 8:45-Classes 2:45-Training 3:15-Homework 4:15-Studying 5:30-Get ready 6:00-Double date 9:00-Patrol A perfect plan.

A silver sedan drove into Sunnydale that morning. It stopped in the commercial section of town (which is very small for Sunnydale). A man and a woman got out. The woman spoke first.

"Why did I agree to work with you back in 93>"

The man responded. "I need you to question my theories. They don't call me spooky for nothing.

A police officer ushered them to a few bodies. A couple of missing people reports were also phoned in last night.

"We came here to investigate a serial killer? Usually out cases are weirder than this."

The man started at the woman. "This is just the beginning." He held a few folders. "There's something going on and we're going to find out what it is."

A supernatural force watched over these two with amusement.

The silver sedan pulled up to the Sunnydale police station and the two visitors went inside. Up to twenty missing people reports. Both of them were amazed. "Looks like we have a long night ahead of us." With that they left to suvey another crime scene.

Buffy, Angel, Willow, and Oz were sitting at a table at the Bronze. Willow still felt uneasy about the vamps in the neighborhood. "What if there are some early night attacks. Faith can't be everywhere at once." Buffy replied "She's reliable. Anyway Xander is out there armed with a cell phone, a homing beeper, and my pager number and Giles siad that it's a slow week." She lifted her shirt slightly to show a pager on her belt. She also had a tracking device in her pocket. A very upbeat song started up. "Anybody want to dance" Buffy asked. Of course Angel agreed.

Xander was outside keeping his eyes open and saw two figures walking in the night. They sure dressed like vamps. Suddenly one attacked him from the side. When he tried to run another hit him from behind. He didn't hear his cell phone beep during the fight; signaling Buffy. One vampire grabbed Xander. The beeper fell out of his pocket. Xander pulled a small plastic water pistol out of his other pocket. Spraying some water in the vamps eyes allowed him to escape. "Holy water. I never leave home without it."

Buffy left tracing Xanders signal so Angel started to walk home. He saw two tall figures dressed in long black coats. "Vamps" he thought. He hid behind a bush. As the two walked by Angel jumped out with his vampire face on. It was the two visitors. They both turned to run then the man drew out his gun. Angel quickly changed back to his human face. "OK So you aren't vamps." The man yelled "Federal Agents! Don't move!" The women returned showing her FBI badge. "What just happened?" Angel ran and practically disappeared. "OK. I'm going to check out some crime scenes. I wat you to do an autopsy on some of the victims." The women remarked. "This keeps getting better and better." The man walked down the road and saw a young women beating up some people. He ran up to her. He looked around but didn't see any of the people except for Faith. "This night just gets better." She knocked the man down. He asked "Who are you?" "The name's Faith and you are going down vampire." "I'm not a vampire." "Really. You sure dress like one." Suddenly a gunshot rang through the air. faith looked behind her to see the women visitor. With her gun aimed at Faith and a cold stare she said "Let him go." Faith jumped up and ran away. The woman looked at the man. "I can't leave you alone for a second."

Spike looked around the old factory at all of his subjects. "This is great. Our group has nearly tripled in size." Drusilla simply stated "Your plan worked perfectly" Spike replied "Well, I don't like to brag...Who am I kidding. I love to brag. Now we have to find out who these visitors are. You know how much I hate surprises." Dru reminded him to be careful. "Where will you look?" "The one place where everybody is every night."

Xander ran into the Bronze looking for Buffy. Willow gave him the simple answer. "She went looking for you." Just then Xander's phone rang. Giles had an urgent message for Buffy.

Buffy was in the middle of town when two vamps suddenly appeared. The two visitors saw this. "Let's stay back this time." After Buffy was done staking she left. Xander had some explaining to do. Spike and Dru approached the two agents from behind. "It's great to find some friends." The man asked "Do I know you?" Dru whispered to Spike "I sense humanity in these two. Their not one of us." Dru grabbed the women's throat but her hand began to burn. She drew it away and the two vamps disappeared. The man turned to the women. "You're gonna love this place. Every day is like Halloween". The woman pulled her necklace out of her shirt to reveal a cross hanging from a gold chain.

Spike was very unhappy about this. "No need to worry Spike. These two can be helpful" "There aren't here t ohelp the Slayer but they can cause trouble for her."

The man finally chosse a course of action. "We saw two teenage girls beating up other people so we should check out the high school first thing in the morning. Right now we need you to start the autopsy." And they headed to the hospital.
