Love, it really does make the world go 'round. And my life is certainly influenced by it in a hundred different ways every day. For the love of one man, I packed up my life in Toronto, Ontario and moved myself and my dog to Allentown, Pennsylvania...not just a different city, but a whole new country too! Who is this wonderful man worth giving up my old life for, you ask? He is none other than Maeryk the Rogue, my warrior, my housemate, my lover, and my best friend.

As well as a new place to live, and a new companion, I also got a new job. The company is called First Consulting Group and is a real pleasure to work for.

One of the most important parts of my life, outside of my family, is my Circle of Friends. I have recently updated some of these pictures, too. These are the people who take me shopping when I'm depressed, who listen to me cry, and who make me laugh. I visited my very fabulous friend in San Fransisco, CA. back in February, 1998, and had a wonderful time. I'm looking forward to going back someday!

Most of my friends these days are from a place called #truthdare. This is a sometimes-friendly, sometimes not-so-friendly place to meet and socialize and escape reality :) on a forum known as IRC (Internet Relay Chat). When I lived in Toronto, local people whom I had met on #truthdare got together as often as we could, and we call these "TorDonto" gatherings (play on the term "Torders" referring to #truthdare regulars).

There are times when I take pen to paper, instead of typing on a computer screen, and come up with some pretty weird stuff. Most of these are reflections on current situations in my life, and some are a message to a specific person. I hope you're not too bored by them!

I've graduated from York University in June, 1998, with my Computer Science Undergraduate degree.
