Here are some general notes about the construction and layout of the City of Mirrors...

a bloody city of Mirrors is built primarily of stone, both reclaimed from ruins and imported from the dwarves and gnomes. Roads within the City of Mirrors is composed of corduroy construction or laid stone. The government is trying to convert all roads to laid stone.
The walls of all watch towers in and encircling the City of Mirrors have been constructed using leaded mortar. This prevents scrying into the towers. The caps of the towers have also been painted with leaded paint. As the caps can be opened, this paint is obviously only of use when the cap is sealed.
All of the arrowslits within the watch towers and city walls have been fitted with a lead and steel "cork." This allows them to be sealed in the event that they are not in use, or to avoid attacks that would otherwise pass into the tower. These "corks" are airtight by design. All Black Watch guardsmen have been trained to be able to close and seal these caps in 1 segments time.
Note from Chasmyr: On some of the pages of areas described on my site are what appears to be non-sensical references to a "Location:A,XX at 1,23." This is a reference to the grid and geomorph style I used to map my cities and towns. At some point in the future, these details will be released. Also, all the manhole covers shown on these forthcoming geomorphs are 1' thick by 3' diameter granite gratings. The shaft below them drops 10' to the top of the sewer tunnels. These shafts have handholds cut into them to make climbing easier.
