he fountain is believed to be blessed of Mysstryl, for it has always had fresh water, and has been flowing since the days before the Outpouring when the elves ruled Myth Annaman and the countryside.

For the DM: The fountain is truly blessed, and sacred to Mysstryl. At midnight on each equinox, a drink from this fountain will result in a roll on the following table if the drinker is a spellcaster of any type, and has never drunk from it before. |
