he Gull Transport Co. is run by Fingalen de Galick, a gnome of some luck. He stumbled across a colony of Giant Seagulls in a secluded location, and struck upon the idea of a light transport system. After a quick loan from the Bank of Dra'lar. He now owns a barge in the middle of the harbor from which his gulls fly on all sorts of errands. He will only hire gnomes for pilots due to weight considerations, but will transport passengers or cargo.

One human, elf,or dwarf or like sized passenger may be carried on a gull with the pilot, including gear. Any cargo under 100lbs may also be secured on a gull. Cargo and passengers ship by weight and number of gulls required. 10gp/pound for cargo, 5gp/pound for live. 1gp/mile/gull. Rates are subject to negotiation.

The barge used by the Gull Transport Co. is specially made for landings and take-offs. Long, flexible poles rise along the runway, with continual light globes mounted at the top to provide light for night landings and take-offs.
