Jesela herself lives and cooks on the first floor, with boarders occupying the remaining two floors. She serves three meals a day. Breakfast is from 6AM to 7AM sharp. Lunch is from 12AM to 1PM. And dinner will be served from 5PM to 6PM. Don't be late. Late arrivals recieve some truly horrible gruel. Even hardend criminals have been known to confess after one spoonfull of this stuff. The doors close and lock at 10PM sharp. They open for no one until 5:30AM. Jessela sometimes makes exceptions to this rule in special cases.

Another thing about Jesela's Boarding House, it's rarely burgaled. Seems an awfully large number of Black Watch and Sky Patrol personnel keep rooms here!
