his two story building is owned by Helgrit Vangrentson, pawnbroker and third level wizard. He buys and sells all sorts of pre-owned items, no questions asked. He purchases items at 20% total value, and resells at 50% resale. He wears a set of spectacles of wizard sight for use in spotting magical items. He obviously bases his price as if he had no clue it was magical. But, if the seller try to pass a non-magical item off as magical, he will know and throw them out. However, if the seller is legit, he will give a price as stated above for the magic item, if possible. He can not make purchases over a thousand GP, as he does not keep more on hand. His inventory changes frequently and could include anything. The one thing in the shop that is not for sale is a stuffed beholder that hangs behind the counter. The eyes are glass, nothing more. He also keeps a wand of paralyzation with 30 charges behind the counter. Helgrits spell book contains the following spells: Identify, Minor Rune of Armoring, Sleep, Wizard Lock, Detect Magic, Read Magic, and Charge.
