ouse Selart was a very rich merchant house, which bought itself into a noble title. Now considered minor nobility, the younger generation swaggers about throwing wealth into their parties, and other flings. The workers deal mainly in fine clothes and metalware.

Tomasian Selart, recently inherited a medium-sized mansion from his deceased father(he "choked" on a cherry pit). Was very shocked to find that the old Selart mansion already had tenants-and they wanted their house back! His undead ancestors are still roaming the mansion.
