 his auction is run every fifth day in a warehouse near the docks in the City of Mirrors. Notices of what is to be auctioned off are posted outside, 1 week in advance. These items may be viewed the day before auction by prospective bidders at the warehouse. In the case of real estate or large property that can not be resonably moved to the warehouse, the location of the property(and corresponding auction) is posted outside the warehouse.
All sales are final. All items sold in an as-is condition. No gauruntees will ever be made.
Jonathon Silver is the proprieter, and he will preview all items with spectacles of wizard sight(also worn during auctions to prevent fraud) so as to determine if any magical properties exist. If a magical item is turned up, Silver will frequently purchase it himself for later resale to interested buyers. In other words, he holds a special auction of these items at a special time and place. These auctions are by invitation only. |
