n the world of Mysaniti, psionicists who find themselves on the recieving end of a helmet, still have a few options. By some unknown quirk of the gods, the psonicist may continue to use any defense modes, as well as a few of the psychometabolic powers. In no way may he use the available psychometabolic powers to change her shape or to affect anything external to his body. Thus, a psionicist could heal his body, but not change himself into a dragon by metamorphisis.
