iving on the shores of O'Tasin Lake, this group of elves has developed in a divergent way. During the Outpouring of the tanar'ri, the elven nation of Nal'Qassir was over-run. After the war was over, the survivors consisted of two groups, one of which was the O'Tasin. The O'Tasin turned to the Seldarine and the worship of them in thanks for their miraculous survival. They are seriously headed down the path to becoming a theocracy.
Due to this, young O'Tasin elves are showing little progress in the wizardly arts(-2 max level from racial norms). However, their devotion to the Seldarine has not gone unnoticed or unrewarded. The O'Tasin high priests can out-perform the priests of any other elvish race, except mayhaps the drow(3 max level as a priest).
This is the only known racial deviations from the normal elf.
The O'Tasin and the Talesin don't get along very well. The O'Tasin believe the Talesin's forefathers abandoned them to the tanar'ri Outpouring. This has resulted in many bitter feelings between the once kindred.
Any half-fiendish creature (tiefling or cambion) found in or over O'Tasin territory will be persecuted, and may be the victim of a Hunt by the younger O'Tasin elves.
